We are a startup from Austria just changing to Hungary because Austria is a paradise for notaries and economic auditors but hell for startups.
We will register a Zrt. in the next few weeks. We are in product development, so no outgoing invoices are expected for 2026.
We have an experienced accountant as one of our shareholder is working for decades in an accounting company in Austria.
So we will prepare much of the work.
We need somebody to verify the bookkeeping and with the legal status to submit to the Hungarian authorities.
