I seek someone capable of providing advice regarding finances within an informal partnership.
The long and the short of it is I have been in business with someone for a long time, but financially and in other ways we operate on separate tracks; however we inextricably tied and one cannot operate without the other.
There are problems though regarding trust and reliability and in the financial arena this is what I'm wondering if you can help with.
Basically, my thought is some kind of indifferent third-party type of approach that would distribute deposited funds from a central yet equally transparent place/entity. Something that would have no tax implications as the money distributed would go to a corporation or an individual responsible for their own accounting and filing.
