I am looking for a reliable and experienced Freelancer to provide admin support for my social media accounts for a period of 2 months. This temporary role is necessary as my current social media manager and admin support are unavailable due to illness. The ideal candidate will manage and respond to followers’ feedback efficiently and professionally to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities includes:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across various social media platforms.
- Provide timely, clear, and helpful responses to users' questions and concerns.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly tone in all communications.
- Collaborate by sharing relevant feedback to improve customer engagement and social media presence.
- Support general admin tasks related to social media management as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, social media management, or engagement is preferred.
- Ability to handle interactions professionally and courteously under all circumstances.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or mobile device.
- Availability to commit to the full 2-month period.
