Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ADP specialist or HRIS consultant to support our organization - Philadelphia Technician Training Institute in transitioning from ADP Run to ADP Workforce Now (WFN). This project requires strong expertise in ADP systems, payroll configuration, employee data migration, and end-to-end implementation support.
Project Scope & Responsibilities:
1. Assessment & Planning
•Review our current setup in ADP Run
•Identify data fields, payroll configurations, employee records, time-off policies, deductions, and settings that need migration
•Provide a clear migration plan and timeline
2. Data Migration
•Extract relevant employee, payroll, and historical data from ADP Run
•Clean, format, and prepare data for Workforce Now
•Import data into ADP WFN with accuracy and verification
3. System Configuration
•Configure Workforce Now modules as required, including:
◦Payroll
◦Time & Attendance (if applicable)
◦Benefits
◦General company settings
◦Security roles & user permissions
•Map all custom fields, earning codes, deductions, and tax settings
4. Testing & Validation
•Run test payroll cycles in Workforce Now
•Validate results against RUN system to ensure accurate mapping
•Troubleshoot discrepancies and make necessary adjustments
5. Training & Support
•Provide training sessions for internal HR/payroll team
•Create simple documentation as needed
•Support a smooth go-live and provide post-migration assistance for 2–4 weeks
Required Skills & Experience:
•Proven experience transitioning clients from ADP Run to ADP Workforce Now
•Deep knowledge of ADP WFN modules and configurations
•Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Project Duration:
Approx. 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity
