ADP Workforce Now - Config Consultant

Overview
We recently rolled out ADP Workforce Now NextGen for a company of ~50 employees and need an experienced consultant to help us get properly configured so the system runs efficiently without constant manual intervention. This is a one-time engagement with a clear scope — looking to move fast. There may be opportunity for ongoing support after the initial project for the right candidate.

What We Need Help With
PTO alert configuration (manager and employee notifications, accrual thresholds, balance alerts)
Time & Attendance setup and scheduling configuration
Recruiting module setup (job postings, workflow, candidate tracking)
General WFN configuration review to catch anything we may have missed during rollout

Important Context
Platform: ADP Workforce Now NextGen
Company size: ~45–50 employees
I am the primary person managing this system — no dedicated HR or payroll staff
Clean documentation and a brief walkthrough of what you've configured is a required deliverable, not optional

What I'm Looking For
Hands-on experience configuring ADP Workforce Now (NextGen specifically is a plus)
Ability to work async with occasional video calls
Can scope the work, give me a clear timeline, and execute without a lot of hand-holding
Please include "WFN" in the first line of your proposal so I know you read this

Deliverables
Completed configuration of the modules listed above
Short documentation or Loom-style walkthrough of what was set up and how to maintain it

Timeline: ASAP — ideally kicking off within the week
