AI Automation Consultant -Small Business

We are seeking an experienced AI and automation expert to help our company identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency across our operations.
The ideal candidate will evaluate our current workflows, recommend automation opportunities, and help implement tools and systems to streamline repetitive tasks, data analysis, and project workflows.
Responsibilities:
Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
Recommend AI tools and platforms suited to our needs
Design and implement automated workflows
Assist with integrating AI into daily operations (analysis, reporting, task management, etc.)
Provide guidance on best practices and future scalability
Areas of Interest:
Workflow automation (Zapier, Make, etc.)
AI tools (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
Data analysis and reporting automation
Task and project automation
Process optimization for repetitive tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience with AI implementation and automation
Strong understanding of business workflows and process improvement
Experience with no-code/low-code tools and/or custom solutions
Ability to communicate clearly and guide non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses
Background in operations, consulting, or systems design
Project Scope:
