We are looking for skilled developers to improve and finalize our AI-powered calling platform. The platform helps connect job seekers with opportunities, and the AI agent must handle calls professionally, collect useful data, and provide analytics.

This project requires AI improvements, call flow logic, and analytics/dashboard updates to ensure the system is reliable, natural, and user-friendly.

AI Agent Requirements
The AI agent must be upgraded so that it can:

Adapt naturally to the recipient’s answers.
Avoid looping or repeating the same prompts.
Cover all job details in a logical sequence during calls:

Job description/details
Start date and time
Offered pay
Job requirements
Capturing interest (yes/no/more info)
Recording the call outcome
Provide call analytics after every call:
Who asked not to be contacted again (auto-remove).
Who wants more info (auto-send email).
Who is interested (auto-send email + mark for human callback).
Contact information of recipients being easily viewable
End every call gracefully, clearly informing the recipient what will happen next (follow-up by team member or email).
