Job Title: AI Consultant
Location: Remote  Duration: Contract (Short-term with potential extension)
Experience: 2 to 5 years in the use of AI 
Job Purpose: 
We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to help us embed advanced AI capabilities into our existing products/around our products: SupplyTrace, ScopeTrace, TissueTrace, etc. The initial goal is to develop AI-powered agents within these products/related to these products that allow Mobile Aspects users/customers to seek the required information to receive accurate, context-aware responses. 
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools.
Design and implement AI Agents integrated into our products/to extract information related to our products.
Develop agents and models and fine-tune models for domain-specific use cases.
Integrate AI features with existing product architecture.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for the effectiveness of results/responses provided.
Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) in the process.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
Provide guidance on scalability, monitoring, and performance optimization for AI features.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience integrating different AI and LLM solutions into enterprise software products.
Strong knowledge of LLMs and AI tools used for various purposes.
Thorough understanding of the requirements/use cases and ensuring that the objectives of those are met.
Proficiency in cloud AI services.
Solid understanding of API development and integration.
Familiarity with data security and compliance with the standards/regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare/life sciences software or regulated industries.
Development of an effective UI/UX interface from the perspective of usability.
Knowledge of monitoring performance and other metrics around AI tools.
Soft Skills:
Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate.
Analysis and understanding of the requirements/use cases.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business value quickly.
