I am seeking a senior-level AI developer to architect and build a custom AI agent capable of executing a high-volume, multi-account email workflow using 20 separate Outlook.com email accounts integrated via Mail Merge, while operating natively within a Laravel-based environment.
This is not a prototype or experiment. This agent will be directly integrated into our live platform, so code quality, security, and architectural discipline are mandatory.
Core Objective
Design and implement an AI-driven automation agent that can:
Operate across 20 independent Outlook.com email accounts
Leverage Outlook Mail Merge (or equivalent programmatic workflow)
Execute structured, rule-based + AI-assisted email tasks
Track, log, and report activity at an enterprise level
Be fully embedded into a Laravel application with clean, maintainable code
Non-Negotiable Technical Requirements

100% Laravel compatibility
The agent must integrate cleanly into a Laravel codebase
Controllers, services, queues, jobs, and middleware must follow Laravel best practices
Strong experience with:
AI agents / autonomous workflows
Microsoft Outlook / Outlook.com integrations
Mail Merge or equivalent multi-account email orchestration
API authentication, rate limits, and account isolation
Ability to design:
Secure credential handling for multiple email accounts
Scalable background processing (queues, workers, scheduling)
Audit logs, activity tracking, and error handling
Clean, well-documented, production-grade code
Preferred Experience (Strong Plus)
Prior work building AI agents embedded into SaaS platforms
Experience with:
Laravel Queues (Redis, Horizon, Supervisor)
Microsoft Graph API
Prompt orchestration and AI decision logic
Familiarity with compliance, email deliverability, and throttling at scale
Deliverables
Fully functional AI agent integrated into Laravel
Configuration documentation and deployment instructions
Clean handoff suitable for long-term internal maintenance
Optional: ongoing advisory or iteration support
