Project Title: Full-Stack Development of UltaImages.net - AI Content Creation Workflow Platform
Project Overview
Looking for a full-stack developer or team to build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for UltaImages.net, a new SaaS platform designed to revolutionize AI content creation. The core of UltaImages.net is a powerful yet intuitive workflow editor that allows users to chain together multiple AI generation tasks to create complex videos and images without needing technical expertise. For example, a user could create an image from a prompt, animate it into a video, add sound to the video, and then schedule it for bulk upload to social media, all within a single, guided interface.
The main differentiator of our service is abstracting the complexity of using multiple AI APIs (like those from fal.ai, etc.) and presenting it in a user-friendly, step-by-step process. The workflow editor will be built using ReactFlow.dev. This project covers the end-to-end development of the MVP, including the public-facing website, user authentication, the core workflow creation engine, a credit-based payment system, and a comprehensive admin portal for management. I will provide the hosting for the website and database and service bus later in Azure using an Azure Web App and CosmosDB (or SQL DB if necessary).
Core MVP Requirements
1. Public-Facing Pages & User System
Home Page (Logged-Out): A marketing landing page with a service overview, a placeholder for a demo video, a gallery of top videos, and an FAQ section.
Standard Static Pages: Services (listing supported AI models), Pricing (detailing credit packs), Blog, About Us, and a Contact page with a functional form.
User Authentication: Secure user registration (Email/Password) and login system. Must include social login options (Google, Facebook).
2. Authenticated User Experience
User Dashboard: After login, the user sees a dashboard displaying their current credit balance. The main area will be a tabbed interface to view and manage their previously generated Videos, Images, and saved Workflows.
Profile Management Section:
View and edit user profile information (name, email, profile picture).
View a detailed history of all credit purchases and spending (order history).
A system to request refunds for specific failed generations, which flags them for admin review.
Standard account security features (e.g., change password).
3. Core Feature: The "Create" Page (Workflow Editor)
Technology: The editor must be built using the ReactFlow.dev workflow UI library.
UI/UX: Implement a guided, wizard-like interface. A control panel on the left will show options for the current step, while the ReactFlow canvas on the right will visually build the workflow diagram as the user progresses.
Workflow Functionality:
Users can start a new workflow or load a previously saved one.
The system guides the user step-by-step (e.g., "Create Image," then "+ Add Next Step" which offers contextual options like "Animate Image to Video").
The output of one step (e.g., an image URL) must automatically be passed as the input to the next step.
Required Workflow Nodes (MVP):
Start Nodes: Text-to-Image, Text-to-Video.
Processing Nodes: Image-to-Video, Add Sound (Video-to-Sound using a model like MMAudio V2 ).
Output Node: Publish to Social Media (ability to connect accounts and bulk upload to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok with a single title/description).
4. Billing
Credit & Payment System:
Users must be able to purchase credit packs ($5, $10, $25, $50, $100).
Integrate Stripe for secure payment processing.
The backend must dynamically calculate the credit cost for each AI task based on the actual API cost plus a configurable profit margin (set by an admin).
5. Admin Portal (Backend Management)
Dashboard: A high-level overview of key platform metrics (new users, revenue, profit, API costs).
User Management: A searchable table of all users with the ability to view profiles, and block/unblock accounts.
AI Model & Pricing Controls: An interface to enable/disable available AI models and, configure required data to process the node (i.e., image URL, video URL, prompt, image count, guidance scale, etc.), and set the profit margin for each one to control platform pricing.
Here is the full vision for the design, so you can get the overall idea of the site being built, but ignore all items marked with (Future) -- those are post MVP features not included in this bid.

Sections not considered for this initial MVP phase, are are for a future project if all goes well with this first one:
- No Winners or Contest pages
- No full workflow for all the options mentioned in the design doc, but will just focus on getting Reactflow.dev working to create nodes that just support prompts to images (Bytedance model), images to videos (bytedance seedance and VEO 3 model options, videos to sound (mm audio v2), and pushing to social media.
- No Sellers pages (future) for marketing and payouts for converted customers
- No spinning up VMs for local models to be run
- No Eleven Labs AI voice over or HeyGen capabilities
I purchased a TemplateMonster.com template here, to be used as a base for the frontend, which uses Bootstrap and React: https://tinyurl.com/ultraimages
I also hired a UX designer to take the requirements above and build the FIGMA designs, which should be completed in 5 days, but we can start ASAP on the app skeleton and backend APIs.
