Job Summary:
We’re seeking a top-tier engineer to design, build, and maintain the systems that power our AI influencer production engine. This role blends hands-on AI model development, automation scripting, and cloud infrastructure management to push the boundaries of generative content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Model & Workflow Development
- Train and fine-tune Stable Diffusion models, LoRAs, and custom datasets
- Build and optimize ComfyUI workflows and custom nodes for efficient batch image generation
- Prototype AI video tooling using image-based pipelines
Automation & Tooling
- Develop Python-based scripts for image review, tagging, and organization
- Build distributed, high-throughput batch processing pipelines
- Create dashboards to monitor job status, quality metrics, and outcomes
Cloud Infrastructure
- Deploy and manage 100+ RTX-4090 GPU cloud instances
- Automate scaling, provisioning, and health checks using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Design efficient data storage and transfer systems across cloud and on-prem environments
Data Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze generation outputs to identify areas for quality improvement
- Build tools for A/B testing, anomaly detection, and automated content selection
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Align engineering efforts with product, creative, and leadership teams
- Share best practices and mentor junior team members
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Python scripting and automation (high-scale batch processing)
- Expertise in Stable Diffusion training, inference, LoRA methods
- Proven experience with ComfyUI or similar node-based workflows
- Proficient with GPU cloud infrastructure (minimum RTX-3090/4090 environments)
- Strong understanding of multiprocessing, threading, async programming
- Comfortable with Linux server management and CI/CD workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and autonomous execution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building scalable image/video generation pipelines
- Familiarity with lightweight frontend dashboarding tools
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Background in data engineering or AI content moderation
