AI ML Engineer needed to handle AI brain

We are building a global AI Workforce platform where business owners can hire AI employees (AI accountant, AI secretary, AI sales agent, etc.) to run their company autonomously.
Our backend team will complete the core system.
You will handle the AI brain.
Responsibilities
Build reasoning/prompt pipelines for each AI employee
Implement multi-agent collaboration (Secretary → Accountant → Sales)
Implement tool-calling (connectors, API actions)
Implement memory system (vector DB)
Write country-localized prompt templates
Interpret owner instructions and convert to structured tasks
Create DSL or JSON action plans
Improve accuracy using RAG/Retrieval
Work with frontend/backend teams
Requirements
Strong LLM prompt engineering (DeepSeek experience preferred)
Experience with multi-agent systems
Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex / custom pipelines
Experience with function calling / tool use
Experience with vector databases
Experience integrating API actions with LLMs
Ability to design high-quality reasoning chains
Strong communication
Ability to work independently
