Looking for a VA experienced in VIRAL social media marketing, affiliate marketing & affiliate recruitment, viral videos editing.
We pay in a few milestones:
Milestone 1 - ongoing task. You will need to clip 10 long videos we provide into 5 shorts, and produce 10 long videos (30 mins long) with Heygen Avatars (we provide a script) and clip them into 5 shorts. You clip videos and edit it by addition motion, b-role, auto-captions, and hooks. You need to know how to use Eleven labs voices to create audio for hooks when needed. You have to have a process for researching trends and winning hooks of competitors, to make sure that our videos go viral, and that it has the right CTA. All clips that you create need to be scheduled and published via Recupost (you will have to generate captions / post with AI by giving it video transcript).
So, it total you need to edit 100 short clips per month.
We pay:
If all 100 shorts go viral every month you will be paid $10,000.
But, it's a performance based compensation.
We pay $10 for each long video edited (so $100/month guaranteed) + $100 bonus for each viral short video that is clipped from the long ones.
>> RECURRING BONUS: We pay $100 bonus for each video that goes viral and gets seen by at least 100K people total on new Tiktok, Twitter and Instagram accounts, and that generates at least 10 free lead magnet downloads.

Milestone 2 - ongoing task.
We pay YOU as an affiliate for promoting our product in social media from YOUR accounts, as well as from paid ads (we must approve them). For this task we generously pay 40% commission. We pay you $40,000 for each $100,000 you generate in sales.
Milestone 3. After your own affiliate paid ads generate at least $10,000 we will hire you as our paid media agency and pay you $2,000 monthly retainer plus 20% on each $10,000 ad spend.
IMPORTANT. With your bid please specify answer to each question in detail, 1 by 1:
1) 1 by 1 your exact experience and matching expertise for each milestone.
2) MUST show your work that corresponds to each milestones (URLs to media assets). Please show at least 5 edited by you videos (must be very sophisticated editing) and at least 5 URLs to videos that you created that went viral.
3) Please describe in your own words your understanding of each task / milestone and compensation, and agree to it.
