AI Video Production Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented AI Video Production Specialist to manage and produce AI-generated video content. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with a variety of AI and no-code tools to create professional, high-quality videos that align with our brand voice and visual identity.
This is an ongoing retainer role with consistent work and long-term potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
Create AI-generated videos in both talking-head and cinematic styles using tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Descript, OpusClip, Pika, and similar platforms.
Work from provided scripts and creative direction to develop engaging, visually polished videos.
Collaborate within ClickUp and maintain progress through a shared content calendar.
Design custom thumbnails that align with brand guidelines and attract attention on social platforms.
Add motion text, b-roll, overlays, and visuals that enhance clarity and storytelling.
Maintain consistency in logo placement, typography, colors, and tone across all content.
Explore and recommend new AI tools or workflows to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
Produce a minimum of 10 videos per week across various content styles and topics.

Requirements:
Proven experience creating content with AI video tools such as HeyGen, Runway, Synthesia, Pika, or Descript.
Basic understanding of video editing principles; experience with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
Strong design sense for motion text, layout, and visual composition.
Ability to follow creative guidelines while bringing fresh ideas and visual storytelling techniques.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.

Preferred Skills:
Background in digital marketing, branding, or creative production.
Experience generating thumbnails using AI or design tools like Canva or Midjourney.
Understanding of how to adapt videos for multiple formats (landscape, square, vertical).
