An experienced AI Voice Integration developer to build an AI Voice-Intake Test Setup and optimize an intelligent voice-calling system using Twilio. You’ll develop a Python/Django‑based API that interfaces with Twilio’s voice platform and the OpenAI API to drive real‑time two-way conversational AI.
 
Main Role:
Build a Python/Django API for Twilio voice calls
Integrate OpenAI models (GPT‑4/GPT‑4.1) for real‑time Q&A
Optimize for low latency, high throughput, and secure PII handling
 
Test Delivery Requirement:
Receive incoming call with user question
Convert speech→text, send to GPT, get response
Synthesize GPT text→speech, play back on call
Complete entire loop in under 1 second per turn
Capable of 2-way call (receive and new questions from user on phone, while answering previous question to user.
