Amharic translator + facilitator: We will need a session facilitator in Amharic (Ethiopian official language) who can help with translation and session facilitation of training about policies and procedures on safety and anti-harassment. The requirement is a total of 2 trainings: 1 training on policies for employees and 1 training on gender based violence in the workplace and the redressal process. We will create the content in English, they will simply need to translate it and also do the facilitation for these sessions.
