We are a growing mortgage brokerage seeking an experienced API Integration Specialist to help us connect our CRM Brevo, POS (Point of Sale), LOS (Loan Origination System), Wix-based website, and AI bot into a seamless workflow.
Scope of Work
Lead Capture & Consolidation
1.1 Integrate Wix inquiry forms, Floify POS applications (full and partial), and chatbot submissions into the CRM.
1.2 Implement deduplication to avoid duplicate contacts.
Behavioral Tracking
2.1 Install and configure tracking scripts on Wix.
2.2 Capture page visits, clicks, and browsing history and link them to CRM contacts.
AI Chatbot & Automated Communications
3.1 Deliver API for omni-channel two way communication (chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp).
3.2 Ensure all inbound and outbound communications are logged into the CRM.
3.3 Build safeguards to avoid reply loops and handle retries.
Pipeline & Status Sync
4.1 Keep CRM deals updated as Floify and LOS statuses change.
4.2 Ensure the AI bot uses updated loan pipeline information when communicating with clients.
Testing & Monitoring
5.1 Conduct end-to-end testing of all lead flows.
5.2 Verify AI replies, message logging, deduplication, and deal status updates.
5.3 Deploy securely with monitoring and logging in place.
Documentation
6.1 Deliver technical documentation and a walkthrough for our team.
Deliverables
1. Fully functioning integration across Wix, Floify, LOS, and CRM.
2. Centralized, deduplicated lead database.
3. API to allow for communication across SMS, email, and WhatsApp
