API Integration Request (Shift4Shop → Om

Hi,
I’m reaching out to get help with a two-phase project involving my ecommerce store.
Phase 1 – Omnisend Integration (Immediate Need)
My current site is built on Shift4Shop, and I want to fully integrate it with Omnisend using their API.
This needs to be a complete integration, not just basic contact syncing. Specifically, I’m looking for:
Customer data sync (existing + new customers)
Order data sync (purchase history + real-time orders)
Product catalog sync
Event tracking (site visits, product views, add-to-cart, purchases)
Abandoned cart functionality
Proper setup to enable email and SMS automation flows
I currently have a CSV list of ~11,000 customers that will need to be imported and structured correctly within Omnisend.


Phase 2 – Shopify Migration (Planned Next Step)
After the Omnisend integration is complete and running, I am planning to migrate my store from Shift4Shop to Shopify.
For this phase, I will need:
Full store migration (products, customers, orders, SEO structure)
Theme setup and design (clean, conversion-focused)
App setup and integrations (including Omnisend native integration)
Redirects to preserve SEO rankings
Testing to ensure a smooth transition with no data loss


Additional Details
Established ecommerce business with an existing customer base
