I have several prototype home designs that need to be rendered and have the prototype Construction Documents created, using only Sketch Up for the modeling, rendering and CD's. I have the Sketch UP model of the first home almost complete. The 1.5 bathroom core will need some adjusting but the kitchen and the rest of the prototype home are complete. I have included in the model the studs and trusses as well.
Must use only Sketch Up for modeling and Sketch UP layout for the Construction Documents.
Must use Enscape inside of Sketch Up for all renderings.
All rendered models in Sketch Up will be sent to me along with the actual Sketch Up layout files for each model. I will use the models created using Sketch Up and Enscape to create the final views for the design and floor plans to uploaded to retail home design websites.
It is preferred if you can meet as needed using Google Meet to go over any questions or refinements to the final presentation models and Construction Documents. Need to be familiar with North American light wood frame construction and techniques.
Signing of a Non-compete, non-disclosure agreement is also required. All architect's ideas and designs are protected by two copyright laws in the USA.
Time frame for delivery of first prototype design is 1-2 months from the start. The Construction Documents will take some time to set up using Layout. This first floor plan will create the template for future designs. Include fees for adding options to the 3D model, like different entry steps, rear porches, landscaping, swimming pool and other options.
It is a unique design, and a radical simplification of what a house is and how it can be constructed! This a completely new, innovative design for cost effective Modern or Contemporary style construction.
