Freelance Architectural Drafter / Designer –  Private Villa (Ground + Basement + first + second and roof)
Project Description:
We are seeking a skilled architectural drafter/designer to develop full floor plans for a private seaside villa. Detailed client program will provided
Scope of Work:

Create 2D CAD floor plans with dimensions and annotations (DWG + PDF)
Provide schematic layout, circulation, service zones, and annotate staff vs guest flow
Include suggested revisions/comments aligning with our prior commentary (privacy buffer by pool, service circulation separation, etc)
Provide an initial draft for review and then revised version based on feedback
Deliverables:
 Floor Plan (scaled)

Possibly highlight zones: service vs guest, staff access, main circulation common spaces
Required Skills:
Experience in residential villa architecture (especially luxury villas)
Proficiency in AutoCAD (or Revit if you prefer)
Understanding of  building regulations and seaside villa typology (desirable)
Good communication and ability to incorporate feedback
