Architect for 2D CAD plans (optional 3D) – G+1 Hospital Unit (~7,000 sqft)

Need this for a rough personal educational  project. I am low on budget. 

Here is the rough dimensions. 


Scope:
Create 2D architectural drawings for a ground + first-floor hospital unit (approx. 7,000 sqft total).
Optional: 3D model and a few rendered views.
Inputs I will provide:
Exact site/space dimensions and constraints
Target room list and approximate sizes (e.g., reception/waiting, OPDs, treatment rooms, nursing station, pharmacy, storage, toilets, staircase/lift)
Basic adjacencies and circulation preferences
Required deliverables:
2D: Dimensioned floor plans for both floors, at least one section and two elevations, door/window schedule, and layout annotations
Files: Editable DWG + PDF (and 3D source file if 3D is included: SketchUp/Revit)
