Description:
I am seeking a qualified architect or architectural designer to develop complete architectural and site plans for a multi-unit residential community on vacant land. The project involves full-scale planning from conceptual design through site infrastructure layout.

Scope of Work:
Architectural Design:
Conceptual and detailed designs for multiple residential units (townhomes, duplexes, or condos).
Floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for review and presentation.
Site Planning:
Layout of roads, driveways, sidewalks, green spaces, and parking areas.
Integration of utilities, stormwater, and drainage systems.
Infrastructure planning for water, sewer, and electrical connections.
Water Management & Environmental Planning:
Design of stormwater control, detention systems, and proper grading.
Recommendations for sustainable drainage and erosion control solutions.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with local zoning and land-use regulations.
Deliver drawings suitable for submission to planning and permitting agencies.

Deliverables:
Full set of architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections).
Civil and infrastructure site layout plans.
Water management and drainage plans.
Digital files in CAD and PDF format.

Requirements:
Experience in multi-unit residential development or community planning.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
Understanding of U.S. or Caribbean zoning, land-use, and permitting standards (preferred).
