Architectural Design B&B+ Water Tower

Description:

We are seeking a qualified architect or architectural firm to prepare the complete architectural design package for a water tower project.
Note: The structural design and calculations have already been completed. This request is for architectural documentation and coordination — with bonus preference for candidates who can also handle MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) documentation.

Scope of Work
Develop architectural drawings based on existing structural design (plans, elevations, sections, and details).
Design access platforms, stairways, guardrails, enclosures, and any ancillary structures.
Specify finishes, fixtures, and materials.
Prepare construction-ready drawings in AutoCAD or Revit (editable + PDF).
(Optional/Preferred) Provide MEP design integration, including layout for pumps, piping, lighting, and control systems.
Provide 3D visualization or renderings (optional but preferred).
Deliverables
Full architectural drawing set (DWG + PDF).
Specification sheets.
3D model or rendering.
MEP drawings (if offered) would be great.

What We’ll Provide
Full structural drawings and design files.
Site context information (photos, layout, dimensions).
Guidance on local material availability and aesthetic preferences.


Ideal Freelancer
Licensed or experienced architect with a portfolio of infrastructure or utility structures (e.g., towers, tanks, industrial facilities). B&B design experience would be a plus.
Familiar with Revit or AutoCAD.
Able to deliver accurate, code-compliant, and clean documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Bonus: Able to handle MEP design or collaborate with MEP consultants.

Please include your estimated duration and milestone breakdown (concept, draft, revisions, final issue).

Budget
We are only open to fixed-price proposals. Please provide:
Base cost for architectural design only, and
Additional cost (if any) for MEP integration.
