Seeking Talented Architect for Professional Garden Design & Top-View Color Sketch

We are in search of a skilled and creative architect to bring our garden vision to life through professional architectural drawings and a vibrant top-view sketch. Our goal is to transform our old garden into a beautifully designed garden that not only meets our aesthetic and functional needs but also adheres to all required specifications and dimensions.

Project Deliverables:

Professional Architectural Drawing: Create a detailed architectural drawing of the garden design, incorporating all the specific sizes and dimensions. This drawing should be precise, to scale, and ready for official use in planning and construction.

Colored Top-View Sketch: Following the approval of the architectural drawing after potential iterations, the contractor will also provide a colored top-view sketch of the garden. This sketch should highlight the design's aesthetic appeal, showcasing color schemes, textures, and the overall layout in an engaging and visually appealing manner.


Project Details:
Garden in the Netherlands
Semi-detached house, waterfront
Plot-size: 378 square meters.
Building takes in 89 square meters.
Some height differences (~30 cm main terrace surrounding the house, and the garden.


Resources Provided:
(due to the size of the materials, only a few JPG files are attached for the purpose of creating a proposal)

Official Payout on the Plot(s) of Land: We will provide you with an official schedule that includes all necessary details about the plots of land where the garden will be located. This document will serve as a foundational resource for the architectural drawing.
Plot photos: Photos of the plot, including GPS information.
3D sketch made by owner: To assist in visualizing our vision, we have prepared a 3D sketch that outlines our initial garden ideas. This sketch includes some detailed elements we envision for the space and should be used as a guide in the creation of the professional drawing and color sketch. Not all details are there yet. For example, an outside fireplace / firepit next to the front-entrance of the garden is only provided in an initial sketch.


Designer Requirements:
Proven experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing previous work in garden or landscape design preferred.
Strong skills in creating detailed, to-scale architectural drawings.
Ability to produce vibrant, colored sketches that effectively communicate the design's aesthetic.
Excellent communication skills to ensure the project aligns closely with our vision throughout the design process.
