We are planning to open a Hair Salon & Spa in a new construction development in city of Maple Grove, MN. We currently have a basic sketch of the layout and would like to have Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) plans, as well as Architectural plans, developed based on this concept.
The plans should be reviewed and evaluated as necessary to ensure safety and compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations. We will also need the finalized drawings to include appropriate notes, professional stamps/seals, and documentation required for building permit submission and approval.
