Architectural Visualization: 3D Fly-through with Dynamic Aesthetic Toggles

Project Overview:
I am looking for a 3D artist to create a high-end interior animation for a 1,200 sq. ft. condo. The goal is to create a cinematic "fly-through" video that demonstrates the unit's potential by dynamically toggling between different interior design aesthetics (e.g., Scandinavian/Minimalist and Mid-Century Modern) while the camera is in motion.

One (1) 60-second 4K Animation: A smooth, continuous fly-through of the entire unit.
Dynamic Aesthetic Toggles: During the video, the furniture and styling should "morph" or toggle between at least two distinct design styles at key transition points (I will provide full list of styles).
High-Res Still Renders: 5-7 photorealistic stills of the main living areas in both design styles.

Materials Provided:
Professional 2D Floor Plan: Accurate measurements and layout.
Current Photos: Airbnb-style photos of the unit for architectural and lighting reference.
Sample Style References: I will provide images representing the target aesthetics (Copenhagen/Scandi and MCM).

Technical Requirements:
Realism: Lighting must reflect high-end, natural light standards.
Source Files: Upon completion, I require the source project files for future minor tweaks.

Timeline:
The property is hitting the market shortly. I am looking for a turnaround within 5–7 days.

I'm deliberately starting with a lower price ($10 USD) for draft versions. If you can show the ability for a professional grade animation, I will increase the budget.
