I am seeking an architect to assist with design and planning. I am acquiring three contiguous apartments that I will combine for a total of approximately 4400 SF.
The selected candidate will need to explain how they can effectively work from afar. The job is not complicated other than the need to work around the utility lines, power, support beams and ventilation which cannot be moved. The apartments are on the 18 floor in Alexandria Virginia. USA.
I have the initial concept which I will attach. I would like to see this as a partnership with creative thinking.
