Attorney Needed for USPTO Trademark Regi

We are seeking an experienced U.S.-licensed trademark attorney to manage the end-to-end process of registering a trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful filings, understands potential risks and challenges, and can provide strategic guidance throughout the process.
This engagement includes preparing and submitting the application, advising on trademark class selection, managing USPTO correspondence, and shepherding the application through to approval.

Requirements
Must be a licensed U.S. attorney in good standing.
Direct experience with USPTO trademark filings, including responding to Office Actions.
Strong understanding of trademark classification and clearance.
Clear communication skills and ability to explain legal nuances in plain language.
Experience with startups or technology companies is a plus but not required.

Deliverables
Completed USPTO trademark application (electronic filing).
Copies of all submitted documents.
Summary report of the recommended strategy.
Ongoing updates and handling of all USPTO interactions until the application reaches a final decision.

Constraints & Additional Notes
We prefer a fixed-fee proposal or a clear fee structure (e.g., filing + Office Action response fee).
Timeline: Filing should ideally be completed within 1–2 weeks after engagement.
Only attorneys (not paralegals or non-lawyer filing services) will be considered.
