My company assists individuals with recovering property through optional investigator agreements. I already have draft templates prepared for:• an attorney referral letter• a mailing envelope template• an introduction letter and investigator agreement I would like a California attorney to: Review and revise the attorney referral letter template for compliance with California rules Confirm the language does not imply attorney-client representation Ensure the wording is appropriate for a claimant notification mailing The attorney would not represent the claimant unless separately retained.
