Background Removal & Transparent Video

Project Description:
I have a 46-second AI-generated video (HeyGen) that currently has a solid white background. I need the background removed and converted into a transparent format that is optimized for high-performance website use.
The final goal is to have the avatar floating seamlessly over my website’s background. Because web browsers handle transparency differently, I require two specific file versions to ensure 100% compatibility across all devices (Chrome, Safari, iOS, etc.).

Scope of Work:
Background Removal: Remove the solid white background from the provided 46s MP4.
Clean Edges: Ensure there is no "white halo" or fringing around the avatar’s hair/edges.
Optimization: Compress the files for fast web loading without losing significant visual quality.
Delivery: Provide the final video in the two formats listed below.

Required Deliverables:
To award this project, you must be able to deliver:
File A (.webm): VP9 codec with Alpha Channel (for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox).
File B (.mov or .mp4): HEVC (H.265) with Alpha Channel (for Safari and iOS).
HTML/CSS Snippet: A simple code block I can use to embed these two files so they "auto-select" based on the user's browser.

Requirements for Freelancer:
Proven experience with Alpha Channels and transparent video encoding.
Understanding of web performance (keeping file sizes as low as possible).
Ability to troubleshoot if the video shows a black or white box on specific devices.
