SUMMARY


We are a new Bermuda Startup, seeking an experienced administrative professional ordinarily resident in Bermuda to act as our Resident Representative/ Company Secretary and provide a Registered Office address.

This is expected to be a low-volume, long-term engagement focused primarily on routine annual compliance, record-keeping, and serving as our local liaison, but also highly flexible with an opportunity to be part of the organic team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Statutory Representation: Act as the named Resident Representative and/or Corporate Secretary for our Bermuda Exempted Company.

* Registered Office: Provide a physical Registered Office address in Bermuda (P.O. Boxes are not permitted by law).

* Corporate Records: Maintain the company’s statutory registers at the registered office, routine annual filings with the Registrar of Companies and the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA), documentation of ongoing company documents such as board resolutions

* General Virtual Assistance & Office Work: Provide day-to-day administrative support, including email management & scheduling. Handle general ad-hoc operational tasks to support the executive team.

* (Optional) Digital Marketing & Growth Support: Provide general marketing assistance, including basic market research, lead generation support, and coordinating promotional materials.


REQUIRED QUALIFICIATIONS:

* Residency: You MUST be a legal, ordinary resident of Bermuda. Please do not apply if you do not live in Bermuda, as this is a strict legal requirement.

* Experience: Proven background in corporate administration, corporate law, or serving as a corporate secretary for Bermuda entities.

* Communication: Highly responsive, organized, and capable of securely handling confidential corporate information.
