We are looking for an experienced Moodle and CMS developer to build a professional bilingual English/Arabic e-learning platform integrated with Moodle LMS.
The platform should include a user-friendly CMS backend, online and manual payments, UAE VAT, automated enrollment, certificates with QR verification, digital badges, gamification, automated emails, and setup of at least five initial training courses.
The preferred hosting environment is Hostinger, subject to technical suitability. We are not looking for WordPress or a custom LMS from scratch.
