Articles must be 100% tailored for this community and not just generic articles. ~1000 word articles. Each month, new topics may be assigned but with a focus on Black LGBTQ community. Categories for topics include:
1. Healthy Weight
2. Fitness
3. HIV/STDs
4. Mental/Physical trauma
5. Caregivers
6. Survival stories (first-hand stories of overcoming illness struggles)
7. Interviews of key opinion leaders in health industry.
8. Healthy Home
9: Personal Hygiene (Hair/Skin etc)
TIPS: Looking for people comfortable in their writing style and their unique voice. Looking for more uniqueness rather than regurgitated ChatGPT, generic words.
How to apply:
1. Send a link to your portfolio. Or send some sample writings
2. Send 1-3 unique article ideas.
3. Tell me a bit about your experience writing health/wellness articles and if you have a specialty you could write several articles about
4. Send me an estimate cost of one 1000-word article.
5. Would you be willing to be a regular contributor, with byline, and headshot?
