Blur Confidential Information in Video

Quick and simple job for anyone out there who is able to help please.

I have a video where certain areas contain confidential information that must be blurred. Can you help?

The vide is around two minutes in length, there are two periods of time where there is confidential information I would like blurred. Both sections are around 3-4 seconds.

More details:

The blur should cover only specific parts of the frame (not the whole video).
The blur box needs to follow the object (manual or tracking).
The final export must maintain the same resolution and quality as the original video.
The final file should be delivered in MP4 format.
