Responsible for
- daily transaction categorization,
- daily “quick cash budget”,
- monthly reconciliation, collections,
- ap mgmt,
- ar mgmt,
- all monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities,
- creating & documenting standard accounting procedures
- electronic document filing & management
- generating financial reports
- developing a financial and KPI dashboard
- special projects,
- etc
reports to owner.
Must be available for ZOOM meetings between 10am and 5pm CENTRAL time.
