Presentation and Resource Designer
I’m looking for someone creative and detail-oriented to help me turn internal documents like strategy guides, toolkits, and training materials into professional, client-ready presentations and resources. This includes slide decks, workbooks, and clean PDFs, plus uploading them to my Squarespace site as part of a growing resource library.
The goal is to take existing content and make it polished, branded, and easy for clients to use.
What You’ll Help With:
Clean up and format Word or Google Docs into polished, branded formats
Turn written content into PowerPoint or Canva presentations
Design client-facing tools like workbooks, templates, and visual guides
Apply consistent branding and add logos where needed
Source or create visuals (stock or AI-generated is fine)
Upload finished pieces to Squarespace, including short blurbs and titles
What I’m Looking For:
Strong design instincts and ability to follow brand style
Skilled in PowerPoint and Canva
Comfortable with Squarespace, or open to learning basic tasks
Detail-focused with an eye for formatting and consistency
Reliable and available for steady, light weekly work
Timeline and Commitment:

About 5 hours per week, with occasional busy weeks
