Build a Simple Automation

We are looking for a developer familiar with Tally, Make.com, and SaleSmartly API to build a very simple MVP automation.
This is NOT a complex CRM or database project.
Our goal is simply to automate the process of collecting customer information from a Tally form and sending it into SaleSmartly for our customer service team.
The workflow should be:
Tally Form → Make.com → SaleSmartly
No AI, no database, no additional business logic.
The solution should be clean, stable, and easy for non-technical staff to maintain.
 
WorkflowStep 1
A customer submits a Tally form.
Example fields:
· Name
· Email
· Phone Number
· WhatsApp (optional)
· Inquiry / Message
 
Step 2
Make.com receives the submission automatically.
Use either:
· Tally Webhook (preferred)
· or the official Tally module in Make
 
Step 3
Make maps the required fields and sends them to SaleSmartly via API.
Examples include (depending on the available API):
· Create a customer/contact
· Update an existing customer
· Add customer information
· Add tags or remarks if supported
We only need the minimum implementation necessary for an MVP.
 
Scope of Work
The developer should:
· Configure Tally → Make integration
· Configure Make → SaleSmartly API integration
· Map all required fields correctly
· Handle API authentication
· Prevent duplicate customer creation whenever reasonably possible
· Test the complete workflow
· Deliver a working automation
 
Deliverables
· A fully working Make scenario
· Proper field mapping
· API authentication configured
· Short documentation explaining:
o How to update API keys
o How to modify fields
o How to troubleshoot common issues
 
Important
This is an MVP.
Please keep everything as simple as possible.
We do NOT need:
· CRM development
· Database development
· AI integration
· Complex workflow automation
· Additional platforms
The objective is simply:
Customer submits Tally → Customer information appears in SaleSmartly automatically.

· Tally

· SaleSmartly API
· REST API integrations
· Webhooks
