Build Custom Admin Panel for Mass Email

I’m looking for a full-stack developer to create a custom admin panel for my existing website/domain. The purpose of this panel is to allow me to send mass emails and SMS texts for marketing without using third-party platforms like Brevo or Mailchimp.

I want everything to be self-hosted or directly integrated into my domain so I have full control over my outreach.


What I Need:


A secure admin panel where I can:

Upload/import contacts (CSV or manual entry)
Create and schedule email campaigns
Create and schedule SMS campaigns
View analytics (opens, clicks, delivery status if possible)

Ability to send HTML emails
Ability to manage contact lists and unsubscribe requests
SMS sending
Email sending



Requirements:


Experience with email marketing systems
Experience with SMS gateway integrations
Strong backend experience (PHP, Node.js, Python, etc.)
Secure user authentication and admin login
Mobile responsive interface
Provide full setup on my domain/hosting (I use cPanel/InMotion Hosting)



Nice to Have:


Ability to segment contacts by tags or lists
Basic dashboard with campaign performance metrics
Option to add other admin users with permissions
