Build responsive podcast website

Hello developers! Looking for a developer to build a fast, low-data, mobile-first website for the #zimlove podcast  (8 episodes). Site must import episodes from a provided Spotify RSS feed, display an episodes list and single-episode pages with an embedded audio player, and include a comment section. I will provide domain, photos, and audio RSS.
Scope & key deliverables
Responsive, mobile-first website deployed to my domain.
Episodes auto-imported from provided Spotify RSS feed (sync new episodes automatically).
Episodes listing page and episode detail pages with title, date, duration, show notes and an embedded lightweight audio player (stream-first, minimal data use).
Comment section on episode pages (disqus, Commento, or self-hosted solution).
Simple admin UI or instructions for manual overrides (edit show notes, change images).
SEO metadata (Open Graph/Twitter cards) and basic analytics (privacy-friendly).
Performance optimization for slow mobile networks (images optimized, minimal JS).
Documentation: how RSS sync works, how to change comment provider settings, deployment & maintenance notes.
30 days post-launch bug fixes.
Must-have technical details
Episodes must be pulled from the provided Spotify RSS link and update automatically (polling or webhook).
Audio must stream from the podcast host/CDN referenced in the RSS (no heavy video).
Commenting: integrate a lightweight comment system (or Disqus if preferred) — include moderation settings.
Prefer SSG or SSR for performance (Next.js, Astro, Hugo, or WordPress with strong caching).
Deploy to my existing domain (I will provide DNS access).
