Experience with Building Dashboards:
I need someone who is experienced with building dashboards in Tableau using categorical data. This data will be extracted from Jira. There are 7 primary tasks. Each of these 7 tasks will be in one (1) of nine (9) states (i.e. State -1, State-2, State-3, State-4, State-5, State-6, State-7, State-8, State-9). Each task may have sub-tasks with 0 to 6 sub-states (i..e, Sub-state-0, Sub-state-1, Sub-state-2, Sub-state-3, Sub-state-4, Sub-state-5). The 7 primary tasks may have exceptions. These exceptions have 2 states (i.e., Except-1, Except-2).
I need the following:
1. Sample Jira data presented in a dynamic Tableau dashboard using the above criterion.
2. Instructions on how to build the Tableau dashboard using live data extracted from Jira with screenshots and explanations.
3. This data will be updated daily with the option to change the frequency of updates. Therefore, the dashboard should immediately update as the database is updated.
4. Identify other ways to depict the data.
