Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team in a fully remote position. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to achieving the company's growth objectives.

Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills for market data interpretation and trend analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in lead generation and market research

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving business goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM tools and software is an advantage
Previous experience in business development or sales is highly desirable
