I need to have my financial Loss that has occurred, under my Business Interruption Insurance Policy, figured for a claim I had to file. The business has been able to remain open, but only at a limited capacity due to the damages sustained. I will provide financial documents, standard
P & L Statement(s) for the timeframe that needs to be figured. I will go ahead and attached the section of the insurance policy that explains how the Loss is to be determined, so you can see the simplicity of what I need you to provide. With this provided information, I need a simple report showing how you came up with the Business Interruption total. This does not need to be an overly thorough report, just something that gets the overall amount based on the verbiage provided from the insurance policy.
You will be using the P & L from the previous year as a baseline for the likely Net Income that the business, if no physical loss would have occurred, would have made as a result of the business operations. I will also provide the P & L documents for the months that the Business Interruption has occurred.
Once a GURU is chosen, I will provided the aforementioned P & L documentation for the job.
I need this job performed as quick as possible, with an Immediate turnaround on the project.
I would like each GURU to provide a Hard Money Bid for this project.
