We are searching for a new project capital finders, capital introducers who are able to raise 750.000$-1m$ for a project. The ideal structure would be to have 5-10 angels or HNWI. The capital will be needed for the company setup, legal part, legal documents, SEC filings and mainly marketing, IR and PR. The investors will get in total 10% of the GP and the right to purchase securities with a significant discount in the amount of the invested capital. Everything will be under US law and regulated by the SEC. No retainer models.
