We are developing a commercial kitchen exhaust hood filter and want to confirm its efficiency to filter grease particles at 10micron size. We need to simulate the filter in an environment with air flowing through it containing various particle sizes (1-12 micron sizes). We then need to assess what percentage of 10micron particles were captured by the filter. We are attempting to achieve a minimum 80% efficiency grade at 10micron. We have internal 3D modelling capability and can provide the 3D models of the product. We require you to perform the CFD analysis under the constraints provided. We may need to adjust our design till we achieve the required filter efficiency rating.
