We are a new U.S.-based engineered cargo trailer manufacturer building a vertically-controlled OEM supply chain for our cargo trailer manufacturing business. .

🇨🇳 China – Raw material sourcing & contract manufacturing and fabrication
We operate on a strict cost-control manufacturing system.

We are NOT:
A trading company
A reseller
A drop-ship business
A brand licensing operation
We directly control raw materials and enforce labor-only manufacturing agreements.

🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a China-based sourcing specialist with strong industrial OEM negotiation experience.

This role is focused strictly on sourcing within China.
You will be responsible for:
*Identifying true OEM factories (not trading companies)
*Negotiating direct factory pricing
*Validating manufacturing capability
*Breaking down factory cost structures
*Managing RFQs and comparison sheets
*Conducting supplier due diligence
*Coordinating factory audits or site visits (if needed)
*Overseeing sample production
*Supporting pre-shipment inspections
*Securing long-term supply agreements

🔩 Structural & Steel Components:
*DOM steel tubing
*Laser-cut steel parts
*Forged components
*Structural brackets

🛞 Axle & Mechanical Components:
*Forged spindles
*Hub & drum assemblies
*Bearings
*Electric brake assemblies
*Suspension components

🧱 Composite Materials:
*Aluminum coils / sheets
*PP honeycomb core
*Structural adhesives
*ACP panel materials

⚡ Electrical & Hardware:
*DOT lighting systems
*Trailer wiring harnesses
*Couplers, jacks, hinges
*Hardware assemblies

🚫 Do NOT Apply If:
You are a trading company
You collect backend commissions from factories
You hide supplier names
You refuse to disclose factory ownership structure
You only gather quotes without negotiation

🧠 Required Qualifications
*5+ years OEM sourcing experience in China
*Strong communication
*Experience negotiating industrial pricing
*Ability to analyze cost structure (materials + labor)
*Knowledge of Tier-1 vs Tier-2 supplier differences
*Willingness to sign NDA & non-circumvention agreement
Preferred:
*Automotive, heavy equipment, or structural sourcing experience
*Steel or mechanical systems background

💰 Compensation Model
We offer:
✔ Fixed milestone-based pay
 ✔ Performance bonus tied to cost reduction achieved
We have minimum pricing targets.
If you negotiate below target, you earn performance incentives.
The greater the savings, the greater your compensation.
