Hello, I looking to hire a clipart illustrator. The final product should be delivered as a layered Photoshop (.PSD) file, with the main object created as a scalable vector shape or smart object. This is important so I can resize the artwork without losing quality. Please ensure all layers are clearly labeled and organized.
This clipart will be used in classroom for bulletin board displays, so it needs to be bright, cheery and kid-friendly. I have attached a sample so you can see the styling I am looking for. All clipart must have that dotted line for cutting out around the shape. I would like the job done within 1 month
