Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced full-stack development team to conduct a formal technical assessment and develop an implementation plan for an AI-driven digital transformation platform.
The core requirement is:
To fully clone our existing platform (LanmallAI) and deploy it as a completely standalone system using a new domain name: 1912ai
This cloned environment will serve as the infrastructure for a legal technology platform (the digital headquarters of a law firm).

1. Complete Platform Cloning
Clone all functionality of the existing LanmallAI platform, including:
Frontend (UI/UX)
Backend Logic
AI Integration (if applicable)
Database Architecture
APIs and Workflows
Ensure:
Completely consistent with the original system's functionality
Not dependent on the production environment
2. Independent Deployment (1912ai)
The cloned system must be deployed in:
Domain: 1912ai
A completely isolated environment, including:
An independent database
An independent server/hosting environment
Independent API keys and credentials
An independent CI/CD pipeline
Isolated storage and logging systems
3. Environment Isolation Requirements
The new system must:
Be completely decoupled from the original platform
Not share:
Database connections
Authentication systems
API tokens
File storage Fully sandboxed to ensure the security of experimentation and expansion
4. Artificial Intelligence and Legal Technology Readiness
This platform will serve as the digital headquarters for law, supporting:
AI-driven customer information collection
Workflow automation
Structured data collection
CRM-like functionality
Future integrations (e.g., SaleSmartly, Airtable, Slack)
