Roof Restore is looking for experienced cold callers to generate qualified commercial roofing opportunities by contacting property management companies and commercial property decision-makers.
Your Role
You will conduct outbound cold calls to:
- Property management companies
- Commercial property owners
- Facility managers
- Asset managers
- Maintenance directors
Your objective is to introduce our commercial roofing services, educate prospects on the benefits of roof restoration over costly roof replacement, and identify companies interested in:
- Commercial roof restoration
- Roof repairs
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Free roof inspections
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in B2B cold calling
- Confidence speaking with decision-makers
- Ability to overcome objections professionally
- Reliable internet and calling setup
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Qualified Lead Requirements
A qualified lead is a commercial decision-maker who:
- Has been personally contacted by you
- Has expressed genuine interest in commercial roofing services
- Is interested in scheduling a conversation or roof inspection
- Provides complete contact information
Leads must be submitted one at a time with detailed notes from your conversation.
Compensation
$100 USD per qualified lead.
