I’m looking for an experienced LinkedIn specialist who can generate qualified commercial roofing opportunities. I’m not looking for someone to simply grow followers or post content—I need someone who knows how to connect with commercial property owners, facility managers, property management companies, general contractors, and other decision-makers that lead to real projects.
We specialize in commercial roofing with a strong focus on roof restorations, while also offering all commercial roofing services.
What I’m looking for:

Targeted outreach to commercial decision-makers
Connection and follow-up campaigns
Content that builds credibility and opens conversations
Lead generation that turns into real commercial roofing projects
Compensation:
This is a performance-based partnership only. There are no upfront fees or retainers. Compensation is 8% of every commercial roofing contract that closes from leads you generate. For example, if you generate a $100,000 project, your commission is $8,000.
We’re currently focused on Maine and New Hampshire, with plans to expand.
