I need a logo for a company.

I suppose it should be 2 or 3 colors only. Blue black and white and gradations of these. I want it round, with the words Skeptika Press at the top and the words Question the Norm at the bottom, the words wrapping around the circle. I would like the font to be archaic looking, such as archaic germanic text.
Within the circle, I want to have a hermit type character, such as from the Ryder Waite tarot deck. Hermit is one of the cards. Carrying a lantern. But I want the lantern in front of the character, as if he is going to step out of the logo. The hermit should be wearing a grey cloak like gandalf the gray might, with a hood, and the hood over his head, his face bearded, with a white beard. Around him would be van gogh like trees and night sky including a moon (just one moon, not two), and the sky and moon should wrap around the character. I am attaching a first try I made in Grok.
I don't want this to look like a comic, it should be a logo for a book publisher. It should inspire the feelings of an experienced solo adventurer of the mind, who follows his own lamp, who is surrounded by darkness.
in attached picture (skeptika from grok.png)... on picture on left, I really like the background on this. I like the robe also. I don't like how he holds the lamp, or the text or the rectangle shape. Picture on the right, I like the roundness. In neither does he hold the lamp outwards towards the viewer. The face need not be shown much, in both, the face is too visible. I attached the picture from the left in the jpg, as maybe you can reuse this stuff.
Ok, that is enough. You will likely not do everything I ask for above and still come up with something even better than I asked for. Let's see what you can do.
